As soon as I have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Normally, the artwork will be shipped within 10 working days from the time you place your order. When the goods are shipped, I will send you a shipping confirmation including the tracking number of our certified shipping partner and the invoice as a PDF to print out.
