Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for works in special designs made for you, since the works created are individually made according to your specifications. For individual products, a right of revocation according to § 312 g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB is excluded.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a short Declaration (e.g. by e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
As soon as I have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Normally, the artwork will be shipped within 10 working days from the time you place your order. When the goods are shipped, I will send you a shipping confirmation including the tracking number of our certified shipping partner and the invoice as a PDF to print out.
