You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for works in special designs made for you, since the works created are individually made according to your specifications. For individual products, a right of revocation according to § 312 g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB is excluded.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a short statement, by post or email, about your decision.to revoke this contract. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
