OCEAN GALLERY
A gallery for nature.

ABOUT OCEAN GALLERY

THE IDEA

Many artists find a source of inspiration for their creative process in nature. With the OCEAN GALLERY, the photographer Julia Ochs wants to give something back to nature and creates a place that combines art and activism.

Her photographs impressively capture fascinating water textures, breathtaking landscapes and the multi-faceted beauty of the seas. The OCEAN GALLERY is a gallery dedicated to nature, especially the oceans. The aim of the gallery is to raise awareness of the fragility of the oceans, generate donations and help shape positive change.

WHY OCEANS
ARE SO IMPORTANT

The sound of the waves, the taste of salty air, the feeling of fine sand under your feet: the sea is a place of longing for many people. But It's far more. The ocean ensures our survival. It produces oxygen, protects the climate, provides living space and is a source of food: we could not survive without the ocean.

POP-UP OUTDOOR

The outdoor traveling exhibition kicked off in St. Peter-Ording. Visitors could see the pop-up exhibition not far from the beach promenade for two months in summer.

We are now looking for partners to bring the exhibition to other cities.
